Terms and Conditions, Hotel Parkzicht

These terms and conditions apply to all reservations and stays at Hotel Parkzicht, located in Valkenburg. By making a reservation or using the services of Hotel Parkzicht, the guest agrees to the terms and conditions below.

1. Reservations and payments

When making a reservation, advance payments or a credit card guarantee may be required.

Payment and cancellation conditions vary depending on the room and rate type and are displayed during the reservation process.

All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Check in and check out

Check in: from 15:00 to 21:00.

Check out: from 08:00 to 11:00.

At check in, a valid photo identification and a credit card must be presented.

Guests must inform Hotel Parkzicht in advance of their expected arrival time.

3. Cancellations and no show

Cancellation conditions vary per reservation type and are stated in the booking confirmation.

In the event of a no show, the full amount of the reservation may be charged.

4. Children and extra beds

Children from the age of 7 are welcome.

Baby cots and extra beds are not available.

5. Age restriction

The minimum age to check in is 18 years.

6. House rules

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel.

Parties, gatherings and bachelor or bachelorette parties are not allowed.

Quiet hours apply between 23:00 and 06:00.

7. Breakfast and other services

Breakfast options include continental, gluten free, buffet and breakfast to go.

Breakfast in the room is available for an additional charge.

Daily housekeeping service is included.

Meeting and event rooms are available for an additional charge.

8. Parking

Private parking is available by reservation for €11.50 per day.

9. Internet

WiFi is available throughout the accommodation and is free of charge.

10. Safety

The hotel is equipped with fire extinguishers, video surveillance in common areas and outside the building, and a carbon monoxide detector.

11. Liability

Hotel Parkzicht is not liable for loss, theft or damage to guests’ belongings.

Use of the facilities is entirely at the guest’s own risk.

Guests who cause damage to the hotel or its inventory are liable for the costs of repair or replacement.

12. Force majeure

Hotel Parkzicht is not liable for failure to perform obligations under the agreement if this is the result of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government measures, wars, strikes, disruptions in utilities or other circumstances beyond the control of the hotel.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

Any disputes arising from the reservation or stay at Hotel Parkzicht will be submitted to the competent court in the district where the hotel is located.

14. Miscellaneous

Hotel Parkzicht reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The terms and conditions in force at the time of reservation will remain applicable to that reservation.
